Fairy tales usually include the following:
- The setting is a kingdom or a far away place.
- The hero or heroine has some bad luck or is treated badly.
- There is a villain.
- There is some magic that helps solve a problem.
- Good wins over evil.
- There is a "happily ever after" ending.
- The phrase "Once upon a time..." or "Long, long ago..."
- The numbers 3 or 7
